Robert L. Simpkins is an Evansville native and a graduate of the University of Evansville. He attended Indiana University School of Law, graduating in 1971. The only period of time that he has not been a resident of Evansville was during his three years at law school. He has two adult children, one living in Evansville and the other in Chicago, Illinois. He and his wife, Pamela, still reside in Evansville.
An avid motorcyclist, Robert has an intimate understanding of the dynamics of motorcycles, the vulnerability of riders, and the need for competent, experienced representation in handling motorcycle claims.
Our office practices Personal Injury and Wrongful Death law exclusively; we do not handle estates, divorces, criminal matters, contracts, etc. We represent individuals and families with personal injury and wrongful death claims arising out of motorcycle or automobile accidents, malpractice injuries, damages and injuries from using a defective product, and related claims.

Simpkins is licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana and is admitted to practice in all Superior and Circuit Courts in the State of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, the United States Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
